- General participation and lottery terms

the property is partly furnished
No warranty is assumed for the lottery property; however the property is in excellent condition and insured for € 698,000.- with Uniqa - Trust account
Payments shall be made exclusively to the trust account. - The transfer of title rights in the Land Register to the winner of this lottery shall be effected by the notary. All costs, taxes and fees in connection with the lottery and the transfer of title to the winner shall be borne by the owner of the lottery property
- Participation conditions
Participation is open to legal and natural persons of full age, minimum age 18.
Multiple registration and participation is possible.
Participation shall be subject to successful registration on the homepage and payment of the amount equivalent to the number of tickets requested.

The ticket numbers will be issued in the sequence of the receipt of the payment on the trust account. Once ticket number 6,200 has been issued, no further payments will be possible to the trust account; any excess payments will be donated to charitable institutions. Legally binding participation in the lottery is subject to successful registration (completion of the compulsory fields) and timely receipt of the necessary payment on the trust account.
Payments arriving too late cannot be taken into account. - General
It should be noted that this is a once-only lottery of a private nature exclusively. According to a publication by the Federal Ministry of Finances on its homepage dated 18.12.2008, a private person can hold a lottery for his or her real estate pursuant to the Lotteries Act and does not require a licence. - For organisational reasons, the subject matter of the lottery cannot be viewed, nor is it possible to answer written enquiries.
- All the details recorded during registration will be used exclusively for the present lottery and will not be communicated to third parties.
- Legal venue
The present transaction is subject to Austrian law exclusively, and the court in Wels shall enjoy jurisdiction.
