Who guarantees that the lottery will be handled correctly?
All payments are made to a trust account. The tickets are issued under the supervision of a notary, thus guaranteeing that the lottery is handled correctly in legal terms.

Can the properties be viewed?
Given the large number of potential purchasers, we cannot conduct viewings or provide answers to e-mail inquiries. However, the house can be viewed from outside at any time, its address is:

Can I buy more than one ticket?
Yes, each participant can purchase any number of tickets
When does my ticket become valid?
Once the payment is received on the trust account; the ticket will be processed after receipt of payment. Any surplus payments will be donated to charitable purposes.
What happens if too few tickets are sold?
If fewer than 6200 tickets are sold, the lottery can be prolonged until the necessary number of tickets has been sold
What costs do I incur if I win?
None, since all taxes and levies, registration in the Land Register etc will be borne by the seller and amount to around 25% of the lottery ticket price.
How will I hear if I have won?
The lottery takes place under the supervision of a notary and in the presence of the media; the winners will be notified in writing. In addition, the number of the winning ticket will be published on the seller’s home page.
Can anyone win?
Yes, provided that the person is 18 years old; the winner can reside in the property himself, let it, donate it or sell it.
Is there any warranty?
No, but the property is in excellent condition and insured for € 698,000; The seller will continue to pay the insurance until definitive transfer of title
